G.K. Ingredients (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a bakery ingredients manufacturer that provides a wide range of bakery products from various bread improvers and softeners, flavours, cake premixes and emulsifiers, fillings etc.

Most products are custom made specially develop to suit each bakery and confectionery’s requirements. Our specially trained technical personnel will make sure supports are given to solve each bakery and confectionery’s technical trouble shootings.

There are 3 other branch offices nationwide located at Penang, Johore and Sabah respectively. All these branches are managed by well trained personnel. Every branch office deliver goods to their respective customer by company owned transport.

In 1993, G.K. Foods Enterprise was established as a bakery ingredients trading company by Mr Peter Goh who has been in the bakery line for more than 40 years. After years of involvement in the bakery ingredients market, G.K. Ingredients (M) Sdn. Bhd. was registered in 2004 as a major well known fully automated manufacturer for bakery ingredients in Malaysia, developing products specially customised to each individual customer.

G.K. is also one of the main supplier of flour additives for flour millers and some raw ingredients for oil millers in Malaysia. Besides that, there are various international established company contracted G.K. to produce blending of ingredients for them, some are exported to Indonesia as well as Japan.

Expansion of business has been planned by shifting to a larger factory. A Research And Development (R&D) Department will be set up to enable more products to be introduce to the market. The test kitchen of this department can also be use to perform cakes and breads making demonstration to invited customers and guests which will further help our customers to know and understand more about our products and its usage.

Our country is famous with its palm oil production. G.K. is currently producing bread fats and keen to expand its production for exportation as enquiries has been received from various countries. Several new products will also be introduced such as fruit fillings and bun fillings. Purchase of new machineries are needed in order to increase the production of these fillings.

G.K. will also be importing more bakery ingredients’ raw materials and trading products from various countries for the use of goods production as well as distribution in the near future.

Sales department will be moved to a larger office as the company planned to have a stronger sales team to promote its products by bringing in more sales personnel with bakery related experience.

G.K. plans to expand its businesses worldwide seeking proper agents and representatives all over the world for distribution of its products and services. In the meantime, plans of setting up representative offices in some countries off the South East Asia region such as Vietnam, Thailand and China is under progress.
